2. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of the Aurvah website only.

They are not a client agreement. Services Aurvah provides are governed by a separate signed agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work, service level agreement or equivalent. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents govern the services.

3. Website purpose

This site exists to describe Aurvah's services and products and to let you contact us. Its content is informational. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the Aurvah name and marks — belongs to Aurvah or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or use the content commercially without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. Website content

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it is complete. Content may change without notice.

6. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, or to break any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system or network connected to it
• Interfere with the site's operation or availability, or attempt to circumvent its technical controls

• Scrape or harvest content or contact details for unsolicited marketing

The site links to third-party sites, including our own product sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Descriptions of services on this site are general. Actual scope, service levels, timelines and commercial terms are agreed per engagement and set out in writing before work starts. Nothing on this site commits us to a particular response time, availability level or delivery date.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the site and its content.

To the extent permitted by law, Aurvah is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability in relation to services we provide is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement, not here.

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

13. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these website terms are being confirmed alongside our corporate registration details and will be stated here once finalised. Nothing in this section affects the governing law of any signed agreement between Aurvah and a client, which is set out in that agreement.

14. Updates

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top changes when the text does.
